The Prosser House is a passion project of a Chef and the realization that now is the time to get back to basics. We learned of Prosser Washington and came to see this amazing place firsthand. A large part of the restaurant was once the home that was built for the first Mayor of Prosser, Mr. E.W. Taylor in 1896. After years of travels and cooking in many places we have proudly joined the Prosser community to bring you The Prosser House.
We will create a restaurant utilizing the local ingredients of all seasons, transforming them into an enjoyable style of home cooking. It is our wish The Prosser House will be the place locals will embrace and people traveling will not want to miss, by giving everyone a genuinely warm and comfortable place to enjoy.
